Privacy Policy

• Information you give us — name, email address, phone number (when you provide it), and the pathway you select at enrollment.
• Account information — the email address and password used to create a FOFI member account. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on FOFI systems. We receive only limited details such as the last four digits, the amount, the pathway purchased, and the status of the payment.
• Assessment responses — answers you give in the Pathway Discernment assessment are used to show you a recommendation in your browser.
• Basic technical data — standard log information such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To process your enrollment, payment, and membership billing.
• To deliver the content, courses, gatherings, and formation resources included in your pathway.
• To send transactional messages — welcome and enrollment confirmations, billing notices, and membership updates.
• To send ministry updates and announcements. You can unsubscribe from these at any time; transactional messages related to an active membership will continue.
• To improve our programs, site, and support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers required to run FOFI — including Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep enrollment and membership records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes. Access to member data is restricted, and connections to this site are encrypted.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Requests that conflict with an active payment obligation or a legal record-keeping requirement may be limited to what the law allows. Contact us at support@theflamehub.com.

FOFI pathways are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
